Water temperature no good

First of all, I think the Brew Central is a very attractive looking coffee maker and has very useful features like variable auto switch off, programmability and alarm beep when your ready to start pouring your first cup is very cool. However, Im not happy with the temperature it sets the water. For a consistently good cup of coffee the water *needs* to be hot. It has 3 water temperature settings, the default is medium. I have tried switching it to hot and the one to four cup only setting (which I've read fixes this issue). Im sorry to say it doesn't and so I'll be returning it.
