I bought this coffee maker for the office. It is wonderful. Have yet to experience anything horrific. We do not use the programmer or the clock. I would recommend it to others.

I have had the BrewStation for about a year now. I LOVE it! I have never experienced the programming problem, or it brewing mysteriously. It has worked perfectly for me. I do agree, the mild staining on the inside is a bit of a pain, I have to keep up with it with cleaning, but as long as I clean it good, it's fine. Also, the rubber stopped on the dispenser sometimes gets dirt/gunk under it, and leaks a bit. Again, as long as we keep up with cleaning properly, we have no problems. When it is time to replace it, I may just get another one! I love getting up in the morning and pushing a button to get my coffee. No spilling, no mess, just coffee! And my fiancee still has hot fresh coffee hours later!

My coffee pot worked just fine until I washed the pot & the round, flat rubber stopper came out & went down the drain! Good thing I have an old coffee pot as back-up! I`m still looking for a way to replace that stopper? wk5645@aol.com
