Extremely unhappy

I am extremely unhappy with this product. It did work well for the first year of light use, but since then it has been a nightmare. 2 times in the shop well over $100.00 at each wack. Parts for it seem to be very hard to get as it takes well over a month for the shop to get it. Communications with factory rep and parts department are almost impossible to get through.
Stay away from this item, it is not worth the money.

We own the Vienna de Luxe and find it very easy to use. I would compare the espresso this machine makes with that of what I get at my local coffee bar. It is well assembled and thought out in its design. Particular interest was the fact that it gives you instant steam (what Saeco calls Rapid Steam). I like the fact it makes perfect espresso, cappuccino and lattes. I drink mainly espresso though. Just pour in your favorite coffee beans and press a button. It will start grinding the coffee beans, dump the ground coffee into the brew system, and presto - out comes your espresso. And it's not messy! It takes about 25 seconds to brew a shot of espresso from start to finish. The price is a little high, but it's worth it. It saves me money in the long run becuase I don't have to spend $3.00 at the coffee bar anymore!

I've had this machine for a year and a half, and it's worked great from day one. Great espresso - and very easy to operate and clean. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, because this machine has always worked well for me.
