This recipe involves setting alight to the ingredients. The Coffee Maker Store can accept no responsibility for any injuries caused as a result of partially following or completely following the instructions laid out below.

Ingredients
• Red wine (suggested: Chianti)

• Grappa (alternative: Vodka)

• White sugar

• Orange rind

• Eggnog

• Quantro

• Fresh espresso coffee

Method
Traditionally drunk through a Grolla (four or more spout friendship cup) if you can't get your hands on one of these a heat-resistant bowl or cooking pot will do nicely.

Your going to set fire to the ingredients once there in your Grolla or bowl so a tight fitting lid for this is essential.

1. Add 4 glasses of red wine to your Grolla or bowl.

2. Add 4 shots of Grappa.

3. Stir in 1 table spoon of sugar.

4. Add a glass of Eggnog.

5. Add a glass of Quantro.

6. Add several strands of orange rind.

7. If your using a Grolla - carefully sprinkle sugar around the rim and drip Grappa over the sprinkled sugar. Then sprinkle more sugar over the Grappa.

8. Add 4 cups of espresso.

Important: Have a damp cloth standing by before the next step to throw over your Grolla or bowl in case of accidents.

9. Then using a kitchen blowtorch or matches (and standing as far back as you can to be safe, making certain your head is no where near the Grolla or bowl) carefully set fire to the contents of the Grolla or bowl.

10. Put the lid on the Grolla or bowl when you think the contents are hot enough to extinguish the fire. No more than 30 seconds are required.

If your not using a Grolla pour directly into cups and serve.
