Strong refreshing taste.
Ingredients
• Double cream
• White sugar
• Ice cubes
• Ground cardamom
• Ground coffee
Method
1. Take enough ground coffee to make 4 strong cups and mix together 4 tea spoons
of ground cardamom.
2. Brew the cardamom coffee mix in your machine (drip coffee maker, peculator, coffee press etc.)
3. Once your coffee is brewed stir in 2 table spoons of sugar or to taste.
4. Allow the coffee to cool till lukewarm.
5. Take 4 tall glasses and fill with ice cubes.
6. Pour the coffee in till each glass is almost full (about 1 to 2 inch gap from the top).
7. Using the back of a spoon lightly pour in cream to achieve a layered effect and serve.
