Traditional Irish coffee drink. After dinner favorite.

Ingredients
• Irish Whiskey (alternative: Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur)

• Brown sugar

• Double cream

• Fresh hot coffee


Method
1. Pre-warm a coffee glass (glass mug).

2. Pour in your coffee leaving about 2 inch at the top of the glass.

3. Stir in brown sugar to taste (suggested 2 tea spoons).

4. Add 1 to 2 measures of Irish Whiskey.

5. Lightly beat the double cream.

6. Using the back of a spoon to pour against, float the cream on top.


Don't stir, drink the coffee through the cream.
